Customers

Provide accurate delivery addresses.
Pay for all ordered goods on time.

Drivers

Provide real-time location updates during delivery.
Handle all products with care and professionalism.

Admins

Maintain accurate product management and stock updates.
Ensure ethical use of analytics and ledger data.

Orders & Deliveries

Orders are confirmed once processed by the Admin.
Drivers are responsible for the safe transit of goods.
Real-time tracking is a service feature and may be subject to GPS accuracy.

Admin Management

Admins have full authority to manage the following areas of the platform:

Pricing & Stock

Update product pricing and manage stock levels across all categories.

Ledger & Purchases

Manage supplier ledgers and maintain accurate purchase records.

Promotions

Create and remove promotional banners and discount offers.

Support Moderation

Monitor and moderate the integrated customer support system.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are handled according to the method selected at checkout.
Refund requests will be reviewed by the Admin based on the ledger and return policy.

Limitation of Liability

Quickora is a platform to facilitate commerce. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from GPS inaccuracies or stock discrepancies, though we strive for 100% accuracy in our reporting modules.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend any account — Customer, Driver, or Admin — that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of the Quickora platform will be resolved accordingly.
